How to play

On mobile: joystick on the left to move the character, skills on the right.

On desktop: WASD to move (or equivalent for your keyboard), UIOP for the skills, access to inventory is by mouseclicking the bag on the top right corner of screen.

First thing to do is to recruit a character. Also, equip items you want to keep as the content of the bag is sold for gold when leaving a dungeon.


What is it

A mobile game I made on my free time, also playable on web browser. I'm planning to release it on the Play Store asap, once Google allows me to do so (and once I figure out how to do that properly). 

It's my first game: a dungeon-crawling action rpg 2d. I believe the rpg part was respected: possible to have multiple characters, random different builds, race+class combo. A set of 3 active skills from the class and one attack skill from the weapon held. A set of 3 passive skills, 1 from the race and 2 from the class. 1 class perk. Level and experience gained by slaying enemies. Each level gained gives 1 stat point to invest into strength dexterity or intelligence, 1 active skill point and 1 passive skill point. Random loot from killing enemies or finding chest, with random quality and rarity. Some maps are randomly generated and some are fixed.

Completing a map gives gold, which can be used to unlock the next maps or to buy upgrades including new races and classes or more character slots.


How was it made

Using Unity (despite all the drama), Audacity, MS Paint 3D. I mostly used assets from opengameart.org and the unity asset store.
